✅ Returns & Replacements Eligibility:

We offer replacements only, in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or broken item

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a product with missing pieces (e.g. lids, parts)

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

 

  • No Longer Needed

 

  • I don't Like the Product

 

  • Quality Issue

 

  • Size, shape, or color preferences (unless incorrect product was sent)

⏳ Time Frame to Raise a Request:

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear unboxing video and photos on WhatsApp at 📞 7404135321 for faster resolution.

🚚 Replacement Process:

  1. Must Share unboxing video & issue details on WhatsApp.

  2. Our team will verify and confirm the replacement.

  3. A new product will be shipped within 5-7 working days.

❌ Cancellations:

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of COD refusal, future orders may be restricted.
